DEPOSITS/PAYMENT
1. A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to hold your pick puppy. Deposits must be paid by cash, Postal Money Order (these can only be purchased at the U.S. Post Office) or PayPal. Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first choice basis. If something happens to your pup, and another one is not available from this littler, your deposit will be transferred to the next/another litter. Carolinas Blue Bulldogs may have a waiting period up to one year or greater for a replacement puppy depending on availability and planned breedings. If you change your mind and do not/cannot get the puppy; you will forfeit your deposit. Carolinas Blue Bulldogs reserves the right to refuse or cancel the sale of a puppy at any time for any reason. In the event Carolina Blue Bulldogs cancels the sale the Buyer will be refunded all monies in full.
2. It is understood that at the time of this sale that the puppy is not considered to be of Show or Breeding Quality. Buyer is urged to research the breed, before entering into this or any agreement to purchase a Bulldog. It is also very important to have a vet that is knowledgeable about Bulldog's,

3. Final payment will be made by 6 weeks of age if the puppy is to be shipped or at 8 weeks if picking the puppy up in person. All payments are to be made in cash, Postal Money Order or PayPay NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. ALL SHIPPING COSTS are the buyer's responsibility. This includes actual shipping costs for flight, We "Carolinas Blue Bulldogs" will supply the domestic health certificate and flight crate (excluding international). All shipping costs must be PAID IN FULL, at least 7 days prior to shipping date.
5. Buyer will pick up puppy by the time it is 8 weeks old, otherwise there will be a $50.00 per week boarding charge, plus any other expenses, unless agreed upon and noted by Seller in writing. Two weeks or more with no attempt to make pick up arrangements after this time, and the Buyer forfeits puppy and any deposits or payments made on puppy, unless noted by Seller in writing.

The seller agrees to furnish the buyer with the necessary health information, including all shots, and worming records. The IOEBA temporary puppy registration papers will be provided to the Buyer at time of pick up. The buyer understands that this puppy will be eligible for permanent registration with the IOEBA, and has been fully informed on how to go about the process of IOEBA registration.
Said puppy has been raised and socialized so as to maximize the potential of the temperament, to the best of the breeder's ability. The buyer(s) understand and agree that further instruction, classes, and efforts must be made to ensure the continued development of proper behavior. At all times the health and welfare of the dog will be of primary importance.

The Buyer must spay or neuter the puppy before it is six months of age. Proof of a veterinarian certificate stating that the procedure was done will need to be provided to Carolinas Blue Bulldogs.

If the puppy is a female, she cannot be bred before her second heat or one year of age. If the puppy is a male, it must not be bred before one year of age. Buyers must comply with the IOEBA's breeders code of ethics.

THIS BULLDOGGE IS GUARANTEED AS FOLLOWS:
1.To be in good physical condition for the first 72 hours after the time of delivery to buyer. Your puppy has a one year health guarantee, ending on the following date ___________.
2. The Buyer agrees to have puppy examined by a Veterinarian within 72 hours after deliver time for a complete physical examination, If the Veterinarian finds the puppy to have a serious physical condition other than a bacterial infection, such a Coccidia or Giardia, which is easily treated. The Seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable quality, when available from same or upcoming littler, after the first puppy is returned to Seller. No Monies will be refunded. The Seller reserves the right to a second Veterinarian opinion at the expense of the Seller. If a Veterinarian does not examine the puppy within 72 hours after delivery time, all guarantees are no longer in effect. The buyer is required to supply a copy to the seller of the initial Vet Health Examination within 7 days of the visit for the guarantees to be valid.
3.To be free of any genetic/hereditary defect that causes death or serious impairment of vital functions in the puppy until said puppy is one year of age. If such an inheritable defect is documented by a Veterinarian and presented to the Seller with sufficient supporting evidence, the Buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy of comparable quality, when available from same or upcoming litter, after the first puppy is returned to seller. Seller reserves the right to a second opinion by seller's vet. All Shipping will be at buyer's expense. Your Guarantee will be valid as long as the puppy/dog gets all of its vaccinations on time and has all Vets visit documentation. Due to a vast variety of causes, including environment, stress and nutrition, skin conditions are not covered under the guarantee.This agreement does not cover cherry eye(s), entropion, ectropion, "loose" hips or shoulders, or knees, elongated soft palate, and semitic snare, and hernias of all or any types. All of the above listed issues are correctable and will not adversely affect the bulldogge for any of its future lifes pleasures.
4. Puppy will have received vaccines, depending on age, and be wormed times. No replacement will be given in case of Parvo.
5. Seller assumes no liability in the event of any accident involved with your dog including but not limited to dog bits or personal/property damage. Seller suggests proper socialization and training is given to benefit the dog and owner.
THE BUYER AGREES:
1. To use the kennel name "Carolinas Blue's " as the prefix in the registered name of the dog when registered. Example "Carolinas Blue's Keagan" The puppy cannot be given away or sold to any other individual or research company without the consent of Carolinas Blue Bulldogs. The Buyer certifies that they are not acting as an agent for another individual in the purchase of this puppy and will not resell this dog to any type of mass-producing business or "puppy mill." In the event that the buyer cannot keep the puppy or provide proper care, it is to be returned to Carolinas Blue Bulldogs for a refund that will be negotiated.
2. Maintain up to date vaccines, worming, heartworm preventative, etc. To keep the dog/pup in humane conditions providing proper food, water, and shelter.
3. ABSOLUTELY NO KEEPING DOG/PUP ON A CHAIN.
Failure to comply with contract requirements and responsibilities or in any way to neglect the emotional or physical well being of said puppy/dog will result in the repossession of said animal. INITIALS
The Buyer and Seller agree that this is the full and complete agreement that exists between the parties for the sale of this dog/puppy. Any agreements made prior to this are considered incorporated herein and any modifications made to this agreement shall be made in writing or such shall not be affective.
